• You are solely responsible for verifying any AI-generated output before use.

6. No Professional Advice

• Our platform and its AI agents do not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice.
• Any output is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified, licensed professional.
• You should consult an appropriate professional before making decisions based on information generated by the platform. We are not your attorney, accountant, financial advisor, or medical provider, and no professional relationship is created by your use of the platform.

7. Your Responsibility for AI Outputs

• You are responsible for how AI agents are configured and used in your business, and for all content, messages, calls, and communications generated or sent on your behalf.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs, and for ensuring they are accurate and appropriate before they reach your customers or third parties.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing communications, marketing, consent, recording, privacy, and consumer protection.

8. Fees and Payments

• Some features may require payment. Fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

• All content generated by your AI Agents are your property.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and all AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any output will meet your requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the platform or any AI-generated output. Your use of our services is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Marblism, Inc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your AI-generated content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our platform after changes signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States.
