For 11 years, I've dedicated my life to wellness as a certified health coach, Human Design practitioner, NLP coach, and spiritual guide. My mission? To prove that vibrant health isn't just for the young. And to help others unlock their power to transform.

At 15, I was 215 pounds with high blood pressure.
Today, I'm in the best shape of my life. That journey, from struggle to strength; is why I have such a deep passion for this work.
I wanted to share that message with the world. To communicate my passion in a way that would truly reach people; that would make them rethink how they're living, being, and treating themselves.

But running a business alone? It was overwhelming.
